We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time, provided we give you at least 30 days prior notice of any such changes via email or platform announcement. Your continued use of the platform following notice of fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

All fees charged are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

All content, features, and functionality available on New Horizon Market — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — are the exclusive property of New Horizon Market or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform or its content, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software, without our prior written permission.

Where possible, we will provide reasonable advance notice of account termination to allow you to withdraw your funds. In cases involving fraud, money laundering, or legal requirements, we may be obligated to freeze funds or delay withdrawal.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team, provided you have withdrawn all available funds and have no outstanding obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, New Horizon Market, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

We are not liable for losses arising from technical outages, system failures, third-party actions, market volatility, or any event beyond our reasonable control. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall be limited to the total fees paid by you to New Horizon Market in the 12 months immediately prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and New Horizon Market with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
